Not every life challenge, personal problem or professional conflict requires a licensed therapist.  I specialize in identifying personal or professional struggles that interfere with work performance. 

I'm also skilled at creating individualized plans to track performance improvements.

Although I'm qualified, I do not provide counseling (therapy) for diagnosed mental health issues. If I feel that you have a genuine mental health disorder, I'll recommend that you seek professional therapy immediately. 

Please note, I'm VERY selective about the clients I work with. That's why our first conversation will be at no charge as we determine if we are a good "fit" for each other.
